Summer Menu

Enjoy fresh spring cuisine at the CHOCHTOPF restaurant. In addition to our classics, we offer new additions such as the cold tomato soup with basil sorbet and mozzarella cream – wonderfully refreshing. Afterwards, we recommend the sous-vide cooked spare ribs with barbecue sauce, roasted potatoes, and summer vegetables. A selection of fresh desserts will sweeten your summer day. Closure
The JUNGFRAU HOTEL and the Restaurant zum CHOCHTOPF will close their doors on October 24, 2026. Until then, we are open as usual and look forward to welcoming and serving you. 

Our establishments belong to the social enterprise SEEBURG. The new AHORN residential building is being built on the site of the JUNGFRAU HOTEL. It will provide a home for people with support needs.
